Pressure Reducing & Metering Gas Station
Gas stations are designed and manufactured according to the capacity and type of consumer, inlet and outlet pressure, number and stages of pressure breakdown and its lines. Also, gas stations can be designed and manufactured in two types, flat and cabinet, depending on the location of the installation site, the weather conditions of the region, and the needs of the applicant

TBS (Town Board Station)
CGS/TBS (Combined Station)
Industrial/domestic station
MS (Metering Station)
CGS stations
CGS stations are used at the entrance to cities and also for gas supply to large industries and usually take the gas pressure in the main line, which is 1400-1050 psi, and reduce it to 250 psi, so it has a working class of 600 upstream and 300 downstream.
TBS stations
TBS stations are used within cities, villages and neighborhoods, as well as for gas supply to small and medium-sized industries. They usually take the line gas pressure coming from the CGS station and reduce it to 60 psi, so it has a working class of 300 upstream and 150 downstream.
CGS/TBS Stations
This type of station, which is a combination of the first and second types of stations, is used at the entrance to large villages and also for gas supply to small and medium-sized industries. It usually takes the gas pressure in the main line, which is 1400-1050 psi, and reduces it directly to 60 psi, so it has a working class of 600 upstream and 150 downstream.
Industrial/domestic station
This type of station is used to supply gas to small and medium-sized industries and residential complexes and usually reduces the output pressure to 30 psi or 2 psi.
Metering Station
These types of stations are generally used to measure gas delivered to residential complexes, small and medium-sized industries, and CNG fueling stations, and pressure reduction does not occur at these stations.
Therefore, the inlet and outlet have the same size and working class and are manufactured in classes 150, 300, and sometimes 600. Based on the type of need, specific customer constraints, and the parameters mentioned above, and even considering standard conditions, a different design for a station can be provided.
The design, construction, installation, and commissioning of various gas pressure measurement and reduction stations are carried out based on the latest national and international standards and according to the type of customer needs by the engineers of the Northern Gas Industry Alliance.
Also, most of the main equipment such as various types of gas filters, industrial and axial regulators, ball valves, emergency shut-off valves, heaters, deodorizers, etc. are designed and manufactured in various sizes, classes, and types at the Northern Gas Industry Alliance Company.
